Youth Protection Questionnaire
Chevy Chase United Methodist Church, sponsoring organization of Troop 255, requires all adults (including parents of scouts) who plan to attend Troop meetings and events to complete all sections of their Youth Protection Questionnaire. This is the same questionnaire that is used for the onsite child care center. Please print, complete, and turn-in the Questionnaire to Mr. Evans the Troop's Committee Chair.
